Moira Mackenzie is the Telecare Development Manager and is part of the senior management team of the Scottish Centre for Telehealth & Telecare within NHS 24.    She has actively promoted the use and expansion of telecare and telehealth technologies and services over a number of years in her role as the Scottish Government's National Telecare Programme Manager.  Moira works closely with local health, housing and social care providers and other key stakeholders to support policy, strategy and implementation of technology supported assisted living & community based services.   Previous to this, Moira was a service manager for the West Lothian Community Health & Care Partnership, developing and leading an integrated approach to supported/care housing and homelessness services.  She was also the Project Manager for West Lothian Council’s award winning telecare service.
